in saying yes more than no.
observations can bring revelations.
that empathy is essential for meaningful design.
a logical and systematic approach lets me bring big change.
design has to do a lot of heavy lifting.
that research is addictive.
a good color scheme should be savored.
as should delicious food (like a burger that takes five napkins to get through).
that burgers should never be cooked to well done. Ever.
